Review by hotel critic
Taj Haveli was a suitable choice for our family getaway. Traveling with my mother, we spent a night here, and it was a welcome retreat from the chaos of Agra. The room was spacious and clean, though the water pressure could use improvement. Set in a calm area, we appreciated the proximity to the Taj Mahal. We dined at the hotel for both dinner and breakfast, and we found the meals to be decent and fresh with generous portions. On one lovely morning, my mum and I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, relishing our view of the Taj Mahal in the distance-a highlight for our visit. Though the pool wasn't in service, likely due to the off-season, my young cousin had fun exploring the garden area. The staff were accommodating, which made it easy for us to navigate our stay. I must note an unfortunate experience. While there are ups and downs, I'd recommend Taj Haveli, especially for families keen on exploring nearby attractions.
